Angela Moyer: Four Seasons
August 1-31, 2021
The western slope features a diverse, beautiful landscape, from the high desert to mountain views. Each season reveals different features such as the bold landscape that is instantly recognizable or the more intimate, contemplative scene. This collection of images represents some of my favorite images of the western slope in the evolving cycle of the four seasons.

Angela Moyer is an award winning and published photographer residing in Montrose, CO. Her images can be found in various publications, websites, and galleries throughout Colorado. She’s had a lifelong passion for photography from an early age. After discovering the unmatched beauty of the Western Slope of Colorado in 1990’s, Angela and her family moved to Montrose from the eastern plains of South Dakota in 2007.
In her free time, Angela can be found exploring all that nature has to offer. She enjoys finding scenes in nature that are not only pretty, but also show our special connection to the planet. When she finds and captures that perfect scene that rarely happens when the elements in nature come together, she has been known to do her “happy dance” in the field.
Angela enjoys sharing her photographic journey with family and friends whenever she can. She has discovered that it’s not just about the photo, it is the friends you make along the way.
